VR came to us for a commercial that was dynamic, high energy and grabbed attention.  We balanced candid copy about the state of the economy with the appeal of controlling your own future by creating your own job.  When we beta tested the commercial on YouTube, we found that our commercial had 2.7x more viewings than the cable version.  Also, compared to videos of similar length, our commercial received above average ratings in retaining viewers for the total length of the video.
